    Hi everyone,
I own a relatively new (4 yrs old) Walker WP40LCD tv, which I have wall-mounted. I need to take it down off the bracket now & have no idea where the old pedestal stand is. Would anyone out there know where I could get my hands on one - Walker themselves cannot supply them unfortunately, and don't have anything compatible. I've mailed PowerCity several times but have been ignored to date. Would anyone have any suggestions, please?

Appreciate any good suggestions / help.

    Hi Mate,

I have the exact same issue but my Walker telly is a 26" WP2607LCD.
I contacted Walker, Powercity and Powercities Walker agent. They were all very helpful but unfortunately none of them have one. Apparently this isn't just a walker thing. Pedestals are just so difficult to get. I was looking at the option of a universal pedestal http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SMALL-UNIVERSAL-PEDESTAL-STAND-FOR-23-to-32-TVs-/151088766216 but they're just so expensive! Keep me posted on your progress and i'll do the same!

Howdy. Cheers for the heads-up - yeah I contacted Walker & PowerCity also, all helpful but no results. I saw the ones on eBay but no way am I paying that much for it!! I might go down the route of trying to make one out of timber (its feasible, really it is!! :) ) but otherwise I'll just have to remount the TV on the wall in the new house otherwise. I'd prefer not to, but if it has to be done.....
Will keep you updated though - if I find something affordable, I'll let you know.
