I have a work dinner coming up whether I need to create the seating plan. There are 12 attending this dinner in total, seven guests attending and five senior heads. For easiest the 7 guests can be called 1,2,3,4,5,6 & 7 and the five senior heads A,B,C,D &E. The guests will be rotated after each course (Three in total). All the guests must sit on either site of the Senior Head A for one course and for the other courses be able to talk to the other four senior heads. The table is a rectangle in shape. What is the best way to coordinate these three moves?
