I need a new one for work (programming) and gaming, mostly FPSssses.

    I'd like something neat.
I don't usually use Macro keys.
I suppose if we were going mechanical it would be Browns.
Budget is €50-100. Could go more if you sell it to me.

    Had a poke around /r/MechanicalKeyboards

A QuickFire Rapid with MX_Greens. Never saw a full keyboard with those before. Aren't they for spacebars?

    Also, on the shortlist.
CM Storm QuickFire Stealth MX Browns

All the reviews say that first Cooler Master uses Blues. They're similar-ish anyway - Greens are just a bit heavier - just something to be mindful of.

They're US layout, if that bothers you. I could have sworn the people that got the Brown TK keyboard got UK, but I could be wrong.

Either way, with that budget, I wouldn't be looking at anything that isn't mechanical, and you're on the right track; CM makes great keyboards. If you can stand to wait a bit, I'd order a sampler kit to give the switches a try.

    Have one already.
Blacks are too stiff and Blues are too clicky.
People say reds are nice for RTS' like Starcraft where you mash buttons. But I intend on typing on it too and others say the tactile feedback from Browns/Blues really helps.

Then browns should suit you nicely, and I'd stay the hell away from Greens, as by the sounds of things, you'd really hate them. :P

This was the one a good few of us got from Amazon UK. Seems to have shot up in price since I got mine for £50.

Is is UK layout, or US like in the picture?

Yeah I'd made up my mind to buy that a week or two ago, went to the page and the price was back up. Sickened.

I think the Stealth is way sexier looking though. :pac:

    Well smeg!

The keyboard is only available on the US Amazon.

Was gonna throw some Plantronics 780's in there too.

    Ideas?

OverclockersUK are now selling Ducky Keyboards. I really wanted one of them last year with purple backlighting when I was looking but, you could only get them in the US and it would've cost a lot in shipping. I'd be totally jealous if you bought one.:D I went with the Qpad MK85 in the end. It's a nice keyboard too.:) All of them over your budget though:P

Friendly friend from the US Branch will post one to me.
Adds about €20 on to the price but compared to the price of Filco Ninja, I'm still ahead.
The CM looks way better too IMO.
