    Update on car accident :
As expected the other car involved in this accident insurance company sent out an Assesor to look at my car and of course it been such an old car offered me a little over a 1000 euro to get it fixed with my mechanic using second hand parts,

i did originally get a quote from a panel beating company who assesed the car on my behalf which had a bill of 3000 euro which i knew i wouldnt get,

Just want to ask : as they are paying the first amount,1000,

i intend to put in for my days missing work as i need my car for my type of work and claiming back the 60 euro for my assesor , i presume this is correct ,

Do i send these bills when my car is repaired, and then they agree ?

    Thanks in Advance
    ?
its just i dont want to sign something that will jeopordise my case

It sounds like you have been winging it until now, which is your own decision. However, if you are trying to be careful to protect your rights, the sensible thing to do is to take legal advice.
