Student accomadation, which rate?

    I'm slightly confused about the grant scheme, I qualify for the special rate but I'm not sure if it is the adjacent or non adjacent rate, I'm under 23 and will be taking up student accomodation in Cork (I live in Dublin). The non-adjacent rate is for those who live 45km or more from their college, is where I "live" my parents house where I normally reside or the accomadation I will be taking up for the months of my course.

    afaik it's where your parents are, the reasoning being that you have to move from there to your new place to live to be closer to col. So...happy days :D
