Buying tablets online

    Where would I get the best deals online for a tablet. I am looking for a 7 inch one with the best all round performance and features. Any recommendations also would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I got the Ainol Crystal Novo from HongKongGeek and find it great. paid about €70 total for it inc. DHL Shipping. Have been using it about 3 months now , mostly movies and games for the kids. Battery life is excellent both active and standby.

    I had a similar experience with the same supplier but I got the Ainol Novo Venus just over the 100 mark. Got one for a friend also seems happy. It has two cameras neither of which are great but the tablet itself works for skype and general use with reasonable battery. I dont use it for any gaming. It has a fair build quality dropped it once and it survived. Cant complain for that money given the screen resolution is good, and the specs are reasonable. It lacks bluetooth and GPS, you can if you wish attach a 3g dongle but ive only ever used it on wifi and again reasonable performance there.

    New nexus 7 is out in september. Will be quite cheap - and has the best hardware around. Do not waste your money on anything else.

    New one is called Nexus 7 FHD (full high definition I guess) - only released in america at the moment. Old one you can buy right now and is really good, but doesn't make sense to buy when the new version is just arond the corner for same price.

    I got my N7 for e150 (via google play ex vat) - nothing else competes.
