Hi there, I am thinking of moving in the coming weeks, and have spotted apartments available in the Shannon Arms complex in Upper Henry Street. Does anyone have any experience of living in these flats? Are they good, bad, indifferent? The biggest thing for me is whether they are quiet or not. But any advice, or experiences…

Hi there,

In short: noisy, smelly and cold in winter, I would pick something else.
