Watching the Canadian open at the minute and watching snedeker and kuchar, im going to try this in my round in the morning. I hit a few drives practicing during the week and they felt good.

Any do this or tried this?

I was watching Snedeker myself and he got loads of birdies in his round.

    Think I'm gonna try that.

I sense a little sarcasm, I also said I tried it during the week and hit some nice drives.

If you have nothing constructive to say then perhaps saying nothing might be a good idea.

Fair play being able to detect tone from reading.

    I wasn't being sarcastic.

It was merely a boring Saturday night spent babysitting post trying to be some what light hearted.

I went through a phase of doing it. I was driving quite well at the time but don't know how much effect the hover actually had. It requires a little bit more effort and I just stopped at some point without really noticing.

I made a couple of changes to my swing with the driver recently and so far it's working well so now I might give the hover a go again and see if it adds a little something, although I suspect there's no real effect and it's just a comfort/confidence thing.
