do i need a lease agreement

    Hi an aunt has asked if i wanted to use her land rent free but do i need a lease areement to get a herd number on it .

    No just a simple letter from her outling that shes letting the land to you for x amount of years, how many acres, what sheds etc and a map of the land attached.

    Thanks she's living in Africa and heading back on Tuesday she's meeting me tomorrow with maps and so all i have to get is a letter from her saying im renting it for so many years

    Ya just state her name, address, how many acres she owns at what townland (state as highlighted in attached maps) and that shes leasing it to you (name and address) for how many years.
