Golfer's Elbow

I picked this up overnight. I seem to remember lifting a case and feeling a twang but not sure.

Anyway, it was tender in the middle of the night, and sore next day and has been since (4 days).

Gripping in certain positions is sore, benching or any pushing with weight is out, pulling is grand.

Anybody experience of this? It flared up out of nowhere, never had elbow issues before.

For those that don't know, it's tennis elbow, but on the inside, medial epicondylitis.

I get this too the odd time. I do the same as this vid to help relieve it.

    +1,

no need to buy the voodoo band, use an inner tube from a bike. wrap it 2-3 times a day for a few minutes and mobilise it when it's wrapped. The pain will begin to disapate

but go to a DR or physio first
