Looking to make a table top from concrete & am looking to source a high tensile cement, something along the lines of the following:

From what I;ve seen, its about twice as strong as the portland cement we're used to . is there maybe something I can add to it ? Any help appreciated

Concrete is great in compresion but not tension. A way around tis is to put steel bars at the bottom of your table top. About 25-50mm in from the under side of the table top. This is common place and will make the slab strong in tension. You can use ordinary cement for the concrete, I'd use 10mm aggregate as you'll get a better finsh.
