anyone got any ideas as to what might relieve stomach pain - burning , I made some changes to my diet lately and chose to drink soy milk on cereal ( drink tea and coffee black ) and also in a smoothie mix but its clear soy does not agree with me at all

woke up Wednesday morn with what I thought was a stomach ulcer , also been tired like never before since , been reading up on soy milk and apparently it can damage some peoples thyroid , general consensus was that its bad for you

any ideas as to what might help clear it up , got tablets to remedy a troubled digestive system over the counter in the chemist but not much help

Soya milk is crap tbh, I've never heard of it giving stomach problems but either way don't use it, There are far better milk alternatives available.

I use Koko/Kara Coconut Milk, Oat Milk, Almond Milk or Rice Milk.
Coconut is my favourite an available in any dunnes etc.

As for the stomach burning is sounds like an acid issue? Did you used to drink a lot of normal milk?
