Looking to make kefir, could you help me out?

    I hear kefir's great for its probiotic qualities. I don't want to buy pre-made stuff in the stores, as that's more likely to be depleted of "probiotic cultures."

    Can anyone recommend somewhere I could buy the kefir grains, maybe somewhere online? I'm looking to make the dairy-free version.

    I'm looking at different types of kefir grains on amazon but it'd be nice to get a recommendation
