I have a sip tempest power washer
    Honda engine working fine
Pump is leaking water from the joint where the brass part meets the steel, the washer is working on about half power now. Comet pump I think.
Any advice on where or how to repair pump ? Somewhere that won't rob me ?
    Thanks

It sounds like you lost the seal from inside the Brass piece. You just need to get a new seal and fit it inside the Brass piece. It could be a rubber or fibre seal. You could also put some ptfe tape on the steel thread if needed.
Bring the brass piece to a good hardware store and they should be able sort it for you.

Sounds like you may be talking about Irritec.

It was German chap who I dealt with and he had an old Karcher fixed for me in an hour.:)

Lady wrote me an invoice, after I had paid the money and got back the Karcher.

No one owes you anything either.

    Regards.

He never fixed a power washer in his life he laughed when I showed him this thread. Irritec at the back of castle rock motors. Are you in the habit of winding people up or sending them on wild goose chases ? You owe me an explanation as well as the petrol money.

Ah just go and issue court proceedings against me and take me to court if you feel that you are owed petrol money, then maybe you might stop whinging on about it.:pac::rolleyes:

They fixed an old Karcher for me.
Power washer was handed back out to me and I paid the lady the money.

Now if you are that concerned and annoyed about lack of power washer repair places, then I suggest that you go and google it.

Theres a few places in Dublin/Leinster that fix them and sell parts for them too.

Instead of complaining more and more and leaving it up to Boards members to solve your problems and do the work for you,why dont you actually do some googling and some investigation work yourself.......for a change.;)

    Regards.

You could also call SIP on 0044 1509 500 500
And ask them for parts/repair service centres in Ireland.

But Im sure thats too much trouble and bother for you to do....You will probably want/expect someone to pay for the phone call charges too.:pac::pac:

You can also call Paragon Power tools and call out to their service centre in Tallaght.

They are SIP agents and do service their tools.

They also service Karcher and Powercraft/Florabest power washers too.

    Regards.
