Post your good games/plays

Thought this might be a good idea to post matches or plays people want to share. Either funny or sick post away! Also maybe people could post up the DOTA 2 fails & plays of the week as the come out as some are great. This would also be a good place for new players to have a look at what the game is like.

The only replay I could come up with recently was one with GoBear & I, We had a 20k gold disadvantage which in say football terms is losing about 5-0 at half time!

We threw it actually a pretty good game to watch I'd say, we were dominated early game as invoker got shat on mid. Then we pulled it back and got a rax. We dived stupidly which cost us the game.

Anyway, when I figure out why dotabuff isn't actually showing my games even though I have it set to show my match history in Dota, I'll post a fun one I had when I had to go mid as Warlock, even though we had a Batrider AND Bloodseeker on our team.

Yeah, it's not amazing, but it was kinda fun to play, especially because I'm pretty sure the other team's Rubick didn't know how Warlock works.

Yeah, it's not amazing, but it was kinda fun to play, especially because I'm pretty sure the other team's Pugna didn't know how Warlock works.

but your team has neither a Bloodseeker or Batrider and there is no Pugna on the enemy team ! :P xD , think you linked the wrong one matey !

... I think I'm mixing up like 4 different games from today.

Not having a job means I play a lot of Dota. I had to go mid as warlock there even though Visage and Viper didn't. I mixed up Pugna with Rubick somehow (not really sure why) and there was a game earlier where batrider and bloodseeker laned, forcing juggernaut to go mid!

Possibly, I do a half decent Drow mid, albeit in pubs. Although QOP wouldn't be a nice matchup, but still providing warnings come in on early gank attempts, it shouldn't be too bad.

Admittedly, Drow only really works in pub games as she'd died quite quickly pre-shadowblade by any good team ganking and invis is countered by good warding and gem usage. In pubs, no one wards so drow can just walk around and 1v1s most heroes.

best i think against qop will be puck... he can escape, do allot of damage and evade her ult. plus qop is squishi, if all other lanes have smart supports like cm and shadow then i dont think it be a problem in ganking, as wards be placed and both of thouse support have good control

I was 15-0 for qop for a good while but then I just had to feed

CM blink and ice, and then I Nether Blast + Life Drain after Force staffing to them. LD does massive drain if they can't move :P

So glad I wasn't drafted on the other team for these two. I may have uninstalled Dota. Ended up trolling with a dagon on crystal. Got so fat, I was one-click-deathing the Medusa with it.

Still had a few chokes (big pointless buyback into feed plays) and lots of stuff I could've done better, but I'm pretty confident now playing against teams of late-game carries like that - I screw up much less than I used to in teamfights anyway.

well i'm still noobish and lots to learn, i'm a support player first and formost, and i play alot of Crystal Maiden (im have a masochistic streak)
but occasionally the dota gods (namely valve) through matches like these my way.

i was left as solo offlane as cm since our medusa anounced thats she was ancient farming and everyone else just ran to the lane so i ended up laning against the blood seeker and the spirit breaker. The 4 protect 1 didn't need the one after all.

what i found particularly ludicrous was that i finished the game running around with 9k gold (that says alot about my flaws as a player tbh, i just didnt know what i wanted and i didnt feel i needed extra stuff to be relevant) . it wasn't a particularly balanced match though, but boy did i feel good after it.

With the gold, You should have bought a Euls Sceptre and a Dagon for trolling.

Wait until their on around 100 HP Euls them, then dagon them when they land.
