Listening to the Tom Dunne show on Newstalk, and he was talking about people Googling their own names. Tried it, and up pops a website called "farmsubsity.org" and a total of all European fund monies I received since 1997. Anyone else came across this ?

pretty sure that site copied info that the EU insisted payments be put in the public domain. It was freedom of information gone wild and the policy was reversed.

Should be no info added since 08 or 09

yeah im there too. i dont like the idea of my deatils being made public knowledge but i dont have anything to hide either. anyway its not like its a lot of money compared to most people so i doubt if anyone will be too worried about my little SFP, but i am activally farming so i dont really care what they think anyway

used to have my own limited company so all the basic details are availble on line (detailed info would require payments) on any of the company file websites.

i dont really like the idea of a 3rd party relaying the info for thier own benifit, if perfer if they put a link to the offical EU website so that if someone whats to look at it they can use the offical website rather then a 3rd party blog.
