Cost comparison of TF vs Wide Cavity

Just wondering has anyone done a cost comparison on building wide cavity vs timber frame aiming to achieve similar u values/airtightness? Would be interested to know the difference.

I am aware that there a other factors that come into play. Foundation spec may differ between both, FFL materials may influence, exterior layer for TF, sound insulation requirements

Just not sure whether to go with 235mm TF cellulose with insulated 50mm service cavity and extensive use of airtight membranes, web joists, block exterior versus wide cavity (250mm) pumped, hollowcore first floor, scratch coat and membranes for airtightness.

Perhaps you might pm some good QS' who could do the job and provide some guidance or let me know your own experience.
