Would anyone be able to recognize the 33/32 overstamp?

Not sure what Australian stamp you're referring to. Checking the catalogue (I'm using Scott Classic (1840-1940), there are "OS" overprints from the 1932-33 period denoting Australian stamps for official use. These can be found on the 1/2d, 1d, 2d, 3d, 5d, 6d, and 1s stamps.

There are also two Australian stamps which were overprinted in 1930 with different values - a 2d overprint on 1 1/2d, and a 5d overprint on 4 1/2 d.

The value of all the above stamps varies but particularly rare are the inverted "OS" overprints. Forged overprints are known to exist.
