Surveyor - Reasonable Price

    Hi all,

    450 EXCLUDING VAT for a 3 bed townhouse in North Dublin.
    Is this reasonable or is there a lot better out there?

    Guy has been recommended to me by two separate people and he can do it when I want it next week (which seems to be a bit of a problem for a lot of people getting a job done in a short period).

    We recently paid 350 ex VAT for 3 bed terraced house in Limerick city.
    It doesn't seem excessive to me since you are in North Dublin.
