    They look like blanks for stamping credit card type memberships. Maybe for airmile cards?

    Are they some kind of security card for one of the aerospace workers that spent some time in one of the European airports.

    I'd just open one anyway, and explain that you wanted two sets of heads looking at the problem. You're asking here from a collectibles point of view. Over there for industry expertise. It's not like you're spamming.
