    Around the Mountain" charity cycle in aid of St Johns Ward Crumlin hopital Sunday 4th August

    Venue Portlaoise Rugby Club
    Sign on From 9am Starting 10 am

    100 Km route is takeing in the best scenery in the Slieve Blooms , without the painful climbs!
    Starting in portlaoise and heading through the village of Emo, next Mountmellick, Rosinallis, Clonaslee, Cadamstown and Kinnitty.
    Sharp left turn at the church in Kinnitty and left again at Boheraphuca and on to Gorteen, Camross, Ballyfin and Portlaoise.

    Their is loads of shortcuts home for anyone would prefer a shorter route.

    Their is a food stop at Cadamstown with showers and hot food on return at the Rugby Club.
