Supposed to head out for dinner tomorrow (my choice of place) does anyone know anywhere that offers clean eating type food or at least food thats at least halfway decent and healthy and has the calories on the menu ?

Must be in the city center and is for dinner. The more casual the better but fancy will do too.

Well maybe avoid Indian/Italian but it's about making a good choice of what is on the menu e.g. steak with salad/good veg, grilled fish meals. Avoid three courses just coz it's good value, go for starter>dessert and so on. I can get overwhelmed thinking about where to go for lunch/dinner but in reality, I can make clean choices in most places if I'm really motivated to do so.
