Your insurance company will act on their own behalf. Whatever costs them the least amount of money.

At the beginning, probably. If left to their own devices, they'll probably come to some sort of 50/50 agreement and get both customers to pay for it through higher premiums.

As expected the other car involved in this accident insurance company sent out an Assesor to look at my car and of course it been such an old car offered me a little over a 1000 euro to get it fixed with my mechanic using second hand parts,

i did originally get a quote from a panel beating company who assesed the car on my behalf which had a bill of 3000 euro which i knew i wouldnt get,

Just want to ask : as they are paying the first amount,1000,

i intend to put in for my days missing work as i need my car for my type of work and claiming back the 60 euro for my assesor , i presume this is correct ,

Do i send these bills when my car is repaired, and then they agree ?

    Thanks in Advance
    ?
its just i dont want to sign something that will jeopordise my case
