Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    No no . You can't go down only up on Cao. You won't get any offer below what you were offered.

    I have another question, does anyone know if points at Dundalk IT went up? I was hoping for a place in Communications In Creative Multimedia Level 7 and it was 200 points on the website but just want to see if they went up because I know people posted lists about the LC points somewhere on here but I can't make head or tails of it when I read it.

    I'm not to sure about that. Is there anywhere online you can check? They'll probably be out today in the papers. :)

    I looked at that and the first 2 pages are for level 8 courses and the 3rd page is for lvl 6/7

    I it the lvl 8 u wanted.... If do just ignore the lvl 6/7 or reject it ....

    OMG. Just found out that a few people in my class that got a lot less distinctions than me got into IT SLIGO!! :( What the hell ??

    What is the chances of me getting a transfer from athlone to sligo , the same course ?? PLEASE RESPOND !!

    Was offered my 1st choice for level 6/7 in Science.
    I really wanted nursing, this is my 3rd time to apply, it says I am ineligible for Nursing at level 8, but I have gotten 400 points with FETAC for a pre nursing course.
    Am I missing something?

    Ok currychips what I would advice you to do is to probably contact either Athlone or Sligo maybe you'd be better to contact Athlone first as that's the college that offered you a place and then they will tell you what to do? :)

    I'd say your best bet might be to contact the college and ask them.

    I did, I applyed for other media courses, as well as cooking and computing courses. But of course my points and FETAC probably won't help. that and the fact I had my offer at second place on the LV 6/7 list, god knows why i did not remember to move it, and I am also discovering now that you can't go below the list of choices. Absolutly head-wreaking, this CAO is.
