The problem is I really hate having anything on my head even a baseball cap, any helmets Ive tried in the past have been pure torture but Im sure there are decent ones out there, anyone hot any suggestions please?

How do I go about measuring my head and selecting a size or do you just go for Adult and hope for the best, would like to keep this below €50-60 if possible aswell, Thanks.
