A Sukhoi Superjet 100-95 carried out a gear-up landing at Reykjavík-Keflavík International Airport (KEF), Iceland. The five persons on board suffered minor injuries.
The airplane took off from runway 20 at Keflavík Airport at 04:03 hours local time. The crew then flew several circuits with approaches to runway 20 as part of a test or training flight.
At 05:10 the airplane was positioned for an approach to runway 11. The airplane overflew the runway and flew a wide circle over sea for another approach.
The undercarriage was not down as it landed on runway 11. The airplane came to rest in the grass past the end of the runway.

    Taken from Wikipedia:

On 21 July 2013, a Russian Sukhoi Superjet 100 airliner, prototype aircraft 95005, crashed upon landing at the Keflavík International Airport near Reykjavík, Iceland,[113] when the automatic landing system failed to deploy the landing gear.[114]

What ever happened to pilots doing their jobs? Did the crew get a false green light, surely the lack of drag would have been an indication here along with a landing config warning?

    Daft

Most likely a light aircraft so wouldn't have been to heavy for it to have trouble slowing anyway without the gear drag.

I was more so referring to gear doors opening and the sound of wind noise. Would there also not be an audible landing gear voice warning along with a landing config alarm.....
Sounds like the last incident with one of these in Jakarta, pilot error....
