mildest christmas in ireland

    hello i'm new to the forum
    i was just wondering if anyone could help me list out the mildest christmasses in ireland and the top temperature
    so far i,ve know the top 4 ( but not sure temp wise ) are
    2011
    2002
    1988
    1974
    any help would be appreciated

    Oak Park had 13.7C in 2011
    Valentia and Casement 12.1C in 2002

    Can't help you with the other two though the 1988 Monthly Summary mentions that Christmas week was very mild with temperatures around 13C

    i remember that the christmases of 83 and 91 had mild enough temperatures
    i'm actually looking for the ten mildest temps ( forget to mention it in 1st post )

    You can get hourly breakdowns for all the met stations here going back to 1999, just select Ireland and the date you want. Not sure if the data from before then is available online anywhere
