Hi all.. we have just replaced a gear box in a 2002 rear wheel drive transit.. the van has been parked up for some time. ( a few months).. after recharging the battery the van will now turn over but will not start.. it seems like its not getting any diesel to the injectors... tank sender was removed and tested and is fine... could it be to do with the key or immobilizer?? Anyone any ideas the van has my head melted... nothing else was done to the engine only the box... before box replacement van was driven from kildare to dublin in forth gearf and parked up ever since...

Route of the fuel lines make them murder for airlocks if you even look at the fuel filter sideways. Fuel pump is bottom left make sure its getting fuel
