    On holidays in spain..No coverage at all... Had coverage for first 3 days... Just after signing a 2year contract with them... What a joke. Am I entitled to anything because of this poor service...

    Hi,
    We'd a similar experience. I didn't receive texts from home.
    Couldn't send or receive various texts at different stages over the last week.
    Only received some(not all) texts days later when I landed in Ireland
