Would love to find a instructor who is happy to do some 1-1 sessions both with me (ageing wannabe!) or my kids (5 and 2). I've googled but can't find any directory or links to any individual sites.

Any ideas where to search? We're North Dublin.

    Thanks

Ring the clubs! Portmarnock Sports & Leisure Centre would be a good start!

Thanks....I've been down that road and, perhaps just bad luck, any of the recommended instructors aren't responding to me or are inundated already.

Therefore I was hoping there would be a directory where independent instructors would advertise themselves e.g. Golden Pages for swim instructors :)

    Any advice?

Most pools have classes for kids from 4 years upwards (tadpoles, dolphins, sharks ect). A 2 year old is probably a bit young for any instruction. Its about playing and getting them used to the water at that age.

Call down to your local pools and ask at reception about reenrolments for the kids classes..

Completely missed the 2 year old part! Adult & toddlers group would be best for this!

You could look up Sinead McBreen - www.triswimmer.ie.

I have been to her Triathlon Workshop and it was very good. She also does 1-2-1 technique sessions.

    Best of luck with it.
