Clip off that plastic cover, should be a nut underneath, think its a 13mm, cant be 100% though

Not sure which bit you mean. The rubber is slottted into the holder, all of which comprises the usual bit you buy to replace the "wiper blade". This just clips on to the arm...easy job. The arm itself is attached to the motor spindle as Cletus says...easy job also.

If it's just the "wiper blade" you are replacing...lift the arm off the glass and hold it at right angles to the arm and push towards the car. It should come free and the refitting is the opposite, so note which way round it goes.

no its not the blade. the part the blade is on fits in to the arm.

I looked at your picture again. The square is actually highlighting a linkage on the arm. I don't know if its possible to replace this separately to the rest of the arm, I think that it's a complete unit.

Normal replacement of the wiper arm is to remove the entire arm at the spindle, which is a 13 mm nut (although they do rust into place)
