    Looking for an interesting recipe to make with Seafood Cocktail that consists of Prawn, Squid & Octopus.
    I dont eat pasta or rice. I was thinking seafood curry? Any other ideas would be great thanks.

    How about stir fry your seafod with garlic, chilli, Thai 7 spice, caulifower, brocolli and a dash of soy

    I think they'd be too rubbery if I used them for that no?
    It's a big bag so I can certainly try it for one dish anyway.
