Part time work question

I'm getting job seekers allowance at the moment and I'm due to start a part-time job next month. The job is weekend work, 2 x 12 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, so 24 hours per week in all. Will I be able to keep a portion of my jobseekers payment?

Looking on the welfare site it says that Sunday work isn't taken into account. Does that mean that they'll only consider the 12 hours I work on Saturday, in which case I'll be able to keep a portion of my JSA payment?

    Thanks
