As long as the liquids are under 100ml and you put them into a zip lock plastic bag, you will be fine. I think you can't have scissors either but I am not that sure. Everything else is fine!

As long as you have no liquids over 100 ml, you'll be grand. It's security for contents that you need to worry about and Ryanair for size and weight.

So I can bring my fish oils and multi vitamins in my luggage an not in the zip lock?

Any liquids need to be in zip lock. The containers each must be 100ml or less. They all must fit in a single 1000ml ziplock. It's nothing to do with Ryanair.

Are your fish oils in liquid gelcaps tablet form, or are they an actual liquid in a bottle? If its tablets, you'll be fine. If it's the latter, you can not bring any bottle bigger than a 100ml container thru security. Everything else you asked about, you'll be ok.

Btw, the liquid restrictions are an airport thing. Every one has to abide by them, not just Ryanair passengers

Yeah I think so. Don't worry about it, if there is anything else you need to have in a plastic bag they will let you know when you get through security, it's no big deal! Make sure the weight and size of the bag is fine, that and your liquids is all you need to worry about!

Oops! I measured my bag dimensions recently and everything was fine, just realised that I did not include wheels or stoppers on the bottom, are they part of it or is it just the bag?

See here: http://www.ryanair.com/ie/terms-and-conditions#regulations-cabinbaggage so it should include everything. In my experience they're not terribly strict on checking your bag if it looks okay...

The width of the bag is more important cause you need to fit the bag into the measuring cage. They won't check its length.

    How did everything go?

Did you get through security okay with multivitamins & fish oil?

    and was your bag okay?

I'm flying out on Tuesday and have the same concerns.
