Test Acknowledgement/Test Date Letter

    Stupid question but can anyone advise what the topic subject is?
    Basically sent off for my provisional renewal and they said I need to show them test acknowledgment or test date letter.
    I've sat one test but can't find the letter I received anywhere. Is the test date letter just the e-mail they send out telling you what date your test is/was

    They want proof you have taken and failed a test or have applied to take a test. This is now a requirement after your 2nd Learner Permit
