nct payment

    Booked the fathers car in for the nct last night online and the test is tomorrow. I selected pay online I won't be there tomorrow will my father need to take my visa card with him and will he have to know my pin or will they just take the money off the like it was an online purchase

    They will take the money off the card like it was an online purchase. The physical card or PIN is not used. It will be debited when he goes to reception.

    personally, i'd pay with cash.
    what happens if you get delayed, puncture etc.
    you will forfeit the entire charge

    You will not forfeit the entire charge. The card is not debited until you turn up and check-in at the reception in the NCT centre.

    Bring cash, once there they won't mind (bring the card just in case I suppose).
