hi just wondering with counting cals and macros, does it matter if some days you might have higher count of cals pro, carbs or fat then your allowance as long as they tally up at the end of the week. some days my readings go over but i try to have them, tally by the end of the week

    That's fine.

Some days I go way over, other days I'm under.

    It'll all balance out.

There's also a theory that varying your caloric intake from day to day prevents your body from getting used to the lower cal level, and helps keep the metabolic rate high.
