Theres a local company called Velotec based in Connemara that does it as well. He is involved in their local Triathlon club as well

    http://www.carvalhocustom.com/

We got samples from a few, and thought at the time champion systems worked best. The only issue (which I think you already know about) is zips going sometimes.

Zips yep oh yep !!! Tailor who replaced one for a club mate said they were the worst he'd ever seen in a product that cost what it did.

Champion systems really put their prices up so sre out of the equation now !

    Where are carvalhoc based ?

    Spin 11 anyone ?

    +1 on Velotec.

Highly recommended. Very good quality and I think they were way cheaper than CS.

I've Spin11 gear from years ago, it definitely stands the test of time, wear and washing. No idea of their current gear or quality.

Oh and to add to the list, +1 for Velotec but also include Tamory gear there too.

http://www.carvalhocustom.com/ based and producing in portugal solid and fast turnover from what i hear, i think they are selling stuff in ireland for more than 10 years now. the cycle jackets they produce are fantastic for a irish winter training

If the best is just good enough than this is what I would go for http://www.velocita.ie/ the trisuits are the nicest material one could ask for .
so are the cycle shorts which beat the assos - i once got for a presnet - easily.( i guess thats preference but they are defo good)
