    Hello All,
I am looking for information for a friend who is planning on returning home to Ireland. If anyone knows special educational needs schools in Galway city or county i would appreciate the information.

The educational needs are for an eight year old who has been diagnosed with autism , he is seen as having a mild learning disorder. The other child is 5 . Also has been diagnosed with autism and is seen as globally behind .
    Thanks in advance

    Hi.
As far as I know there is one if not two special needs classes for Autism in the Claddagh National School. Also Boleybeg National School is starting a new special class.

Claddagh national school has great facilities especially for children with autism. I have worked here and the teachers are amazing!
