We're both keeping to a budget for presents in general, so hence looking on these.

Maybe consider something handmade rather than mass-produced? You can get great handmade jewellery on etsy.com and there are lots of Irish sellers on there too. Have a look for resin jewellery there maybe. I got some really nice things there a while ago. Apart from that, asos.com sometimes has nice jewellery too.
