Hey guys

Just a quick question I hope someone might be able to answer for me,
I applied to colleges through CAO and I'm wondering what offer rounds will I be in,
I've been to college before but withdrew from the course, does this mean I'm in round zero or does the fact that I withdrew mean I'm going to be in round one and two only??
