Anyone see the article on the farming supplement of Irish Examiner, Coveney said he may introduce funding for dairy expansion and drainage and a new farm waste management scheme. This is good news i bet there will be a lot of applications if he does go through with this.

The drainage one would be of huge interest I'd say, but I think its only to upgrade/refurbish existing drainage systems.

Is there anything a part-time young farmer can apply for? Possibility of land changing over to me in the next few years, am 26 now. Any advice on anything I could apply for? The Green Cert had an Online aspect before, but couldnt do it due to my 9 - 5 work commitments
