Motion sickness getting worse.

Mods please move if not the appropriate forum.

I've always suffered from motion sickness, had to sit in front of any car or bus, could never go on rollercoasters etc but lately I've noticed it's getting worse (I'm 31). The last plane trip I took i was ill on the flight and for days after. It's at the stage now I dread flying for this reason.
I'm not looking for medical advice just wondering has anyone experienced this? I've heard it worsens with age, particularly in women, not sure how true that is!
    Thank you :-)

It helps to sit on the plane toilet bowl :), on a ferry a great tip is to sit on a arcade motorbike :) it moves with the boat, it works a dream
