painting a latex balloon - advice needed!

I want to paint black zebra print on basic white latex balloons. The reason i'm doing this is because zebra print balloons are expensive and the ones i have found online aren't very nice. What kind of paint will work? all suggestions welcome :)

If you mix acrylic paint with liquid latex it should work. You can get the latex here http://www.thecostumeshop.ie/contact-us.html or a contact adhesive might also work.
