I play football monday astro for an hour. I go to a bootcamp class twice a week that invloves trx spinning and core work. plank press ups, sit ups etc. the class is fairly non stop for 45 minutes. i also cycle about 25 k once a week. so are these 4 activities enought to tone up. my diet is generally good. lean meat, fish, brown bread soup lots of fruit. i stay away from chips and spuds most of the time.

Yes, on the surface it does. However if you find that you are doing this and not getting any results then you may need to list the diet and look it more detail at it.

Toning involves building muscle - there doesn't seem to be a lot of strength work in what you posted.

TRX, Planks and push ups are conditioning exercises which would build lean muscle

I doubt there's enough strength work in 2x45 minute sessions a week using just those exercises.
