    Hi

I have been offered a place on a Pre-Nursing course which I am hoping to take.
I really want to progress on to a degree programme in Nursing either in Ireland or England.
I am currently in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance.
I am living at home but over 25. Will I still be entitled to getting the Back to Education while living at home?

Here are the rules for BTEA. Basically you have to be on JSA for 3 months to qualify for BTEA while undertaking a plc and you must be progessing in your education i.e. not already hold a FETAC level 5 or higher. Living at home won't effect your eligibility.

Thanks Wildrosie. I was actually starting to stress about that...that's a relief to know ;)

wonder if someone can advise me. I sent in my btea form at the start of July, I hadnt got a confirmation letter from college or cao at that stage, only told I was accepted on tcd website. I have since received the cao acceptance, will I bring that down to the social welfare and put it with the btea form, or do I now wait until I register on the course! Very confused as to what to do, tried asking in social Office but were no help!
