bank owned house

    Currently looking at a partially finished house. Is there any way of finding out if the house is owned by a bank or do you have to go to the owner directly?

    Is the house for sale? The Estate Agent will know who their client is.

    No its not on the market for sale. It's five years old and building stopped due to the couple separating.
