Have you missed Fabian? I know I have.
Here's a new video from him speaking very very vaguely of his plans for 2014. Most important thing to note is that he's staying with Radioshack Nissan Leopard Trek. No move to I AM cycling as has been previously reported.
In case you have been living under a rock, Fabian's real plan is to tackle the one hour record. This is a record long thought dead and buried thanks to the UCI's rule revisions of drop bar track bikes, spoked wheels, and no aero kit.
Personally, I'm hugely excited about his plans. Not just the greatest TT rider rider of the 2000s, but now going to take on the supposed all time record holder, Eddy Merckx.
Wonder if it will be broadcast?1
