Iv found alot of window cleaners after a day or 2 leave a residue on the inside. Is there any that just clean windows and not leave **** all over the inside

The residues implies it's not clean at all. A couple of attempts with a clean cloth each time might be worth a shot.

Microfiber cloth and 50/50 water/white vinegar in a clean spray bottle works for me.

I dont think so. Gleaming for a day or 2 then if its sunny you see a layer on the inside

Use some newspaper to clean it off, spray and wipe then use a fresh sheet.
I think its as much to do with the cloth as the cleaner.
