Ok so just a week and a half until the bank holiday cycles(Mon, 5th Aug) Here are details of the routes:
The 50km and 100km routes will both travel through the town of Ardee and onto the link road, both routes will then head through Drumcar, Annagassan, Castlebellingham. The 50km participants will turn left at Sextons pub (just before Dundalk) and head through Haggardstown and onto Knockbridge football pitch where there will be a short foodstop. Then the final bit home will go through Louth-village and Tallanstown and back through the town of Ardee to the parish centre where there will be changing facilities and plenty of food and tea/coffee.
The 100km route will continue past Sextons pub and will turn right at the crossroads at Dundalk I.T. and head for the Jenkinstown hill, then the cycle will turn right just before the long womans grave (Spellickanee) where there will be a short foodstop. the cycle will then head back for Ardee.
Both routes will be well marshalled. Hope to see some familiar faces there.
For more details follow the Ardee CC facebook page (link above).

Looks interesting, is it going to be a hammerfest, or a nice trundle through the country?

Hi, im sure there will be many people of various different abilities doing both routes so it should be easy to get into a group that suits you. Its not a race.
